We need to extend the MockKube to better support StrimziPodSet tests. This should / might include:

• Support for informers and indexers (currently we support watches, but not informers and indexers)
• Possibly and optionally, create the pods when the Pod Set is created? It might need to be possible to switch this on and off to be able to also mock test the StrimziPodSetController. Or do we want to run any tests needing this with running the StrimziPodSetController in parallel? That might be easier since we would be able to also test the controller itself and we would not need to implement this point, only the previous ones.

Once this is ready, we can also add some mock tests of the StrimziPodSetController.
