Convert top level AMQ Streams component builds to use Bacon CLI

      The PNC Bacon CLI tool provides several features (including source code packaging, license generation etc) that are not available in the PNC UI.

      We should convert the top level components of AMQ Streams (Kafka, Strimzi, Oauth, Bridge) to use the Bacon/Pig tooling in line with what other products have done (see: middleware/build-configurations).

      This work can then lead on to integrating these product builds into a full CPaaS pipeline for AMQ Streams.
