    Description

      Build zstd-jni (v1.4.9.1)
      (https://github.com/facebook/zstd-jni) natively in Brew.

      Goal:
      1. rpm package containing libzstd-jni.so & stage at a location accessible to PNC
      2. PNC will build zstd-jni-1.4.9-1.jar containing the .so for ppc64le.
