We should add namespace-rbac scoped testing pipelines to our nightly. I think we can just run them on the latest minikube version (or both, doesn't matter). Maybe even acceptance instead of whole regression is enough.

It might be worthy to think with other QE folks about some pipelines rework to save some resources but keep test coverage on the same level.
