We should have some system test coverage for the Control Plane listener. It is currently a gated feature disabled by default. I guess we can copy one of the STs covering different things around Kafka cluster (sending/receiving messages, failover) and run it with the feature gate enabled. We should probably also keep track of these tests to make sure we can easily switch it around when the Feature gate changes its default in later Strimzi version.
