Cruise Control Grafana dashboard presentation is affected when Cruise Control pod is rolled or deleted

The Cruise Control Grafana dashboard gets crazy when the cruise control is rolled or deleted (see screenshot):

It looks like when the new pod starts it has a new name and that does not work well with the number boxes up top of the dashboard. We probably need to use there some sum(..) or something?

Steps to reproduce:

• Deploy Strimzi, Prometheus and Grafana
• Deploy Kafka cluster with enabled metrics and Cruise Control
• Check in Grafana that the CC dashboard shows the data
• Use `kubectl delete pod ...` to delete the CC pod and have a new one created by Kubernetes
• Go back to the CC dashboard and wait for the new pod to start for the first metrics from it to see the error
