As described in the [Strimzi Proposal #7|https://github.com/strimzi/proposals/blob/master/007-restarting-kafka-connect-connectors-and-tasks.md,] we should add support for annotations to restarts connectors and/or connector tasks in Kafka Connect and Kafka Mirror Maker 2.

Some documentation has been already added as part of [Strimzi#4114|https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator/pull/4114.] So maybe there is nothing more to do.

This feature should be also mentioned in the Release Notes of 1.7.0.
