    Description

      Based on ENTMQST-1666 and solution [4723061|https://access.redhat.com/solutions/4723061]  , make general usability improvements to the "Upgrading AMQ Streams" chapter.

      For consideration:

      • The "alternative" procedure for easing customer upgrades.
      • Take action on the feedback about understanding the level of support provided for the previous version of Kafka (current Kafka -1).
      • Any other usability improvements / quick wins.

      This issue does not cover supporting documentation for ENTMQST-1676, which is concerned with making functional improvements to the upgrade process itself. A new issue will be needed when work starts on ENTMQST-1676.
