[QE] Create tests which will cover Strimzi upgrade via OLM

Create a test suite, which will perform an upgrade from the previous version to the latest via OLM.

1. Create subscription (+ operator group) with version latest - 1 (manual approval strategy)
2. Edit subscription to get data from different catalog source
3. Approve upgrade
4. Wait until RU finish

Maybe we don't need to change source, but should be enough to just install older version from our new source and then just approve upgrade
