The "AMQ Streams installation methods" concept refers to the OperatorHub.io installation method. This is incorrect because AMQ Streams can be installed from the OperatorHub built in to OpenShift 4.x, but not from OperatorHub.io.
The error was caused by a mismatch of attributes.
