OCP 4.5 Form View does not support empty JSON objects in examples

The Form View for installing Operands (Kafka, KafkaTopic etc.) does not support including empty JSON objects in the `spec`. We use these in some of the `alm-examples` to indicate that this feature should be enabled and default values used. This results in a user unable to install AMQ Streams from the OCP console using the examples given.

The fix is to add some default values into the examples in the CSV which will cause the console to generate YAML which is valid for the CR.
