New config properties for OAuth broker authentication:
- userInfoEndpointUri
- checkIssuer
- fallbackUserNameClaim
- fallbackUserNamePrefix
- validTokenType
- scope
Makes it possible to integrate with a wider set of authorization servers.
It also adds scope to oauth authentication configuration of clients.
