Cluster Operator fails to start on OCP

Hi,

When trying to deploy AMQ Streams from OperatorHub catalog in an OCP 4.2 intallation the cluster operator pod seems to crash. The version of amq streams that is installed is 1.4.1.
The Pod crashes at startup time, without deploying any CR related to that operator.

The error that I can see on the operator logs is:

By looking at the AMQ Streams supported configurations official documentation
(https://access.redhat.com/articles/2791941) it says AMQ Streams should be supported on OCP 3.x or newer.

Should it be working on OCP 4.2? Might it be a bug or is the documentation outdated?
