Network policies block communication between Kafka Connect nodes in multi-node clusters

In https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTMQST-1686 we dealt with the situation when network policies are set as default-to-deny and the connector operator cannot talk with the Connect cluster. As a result, it added network policy which enabled the CO talk with he cluster. However, when implementing it I forgot that in a multi-node Connect cluster, the nodes talk with each other. And this network policy will prevent them from doing that.

We need to add the Connect pods to the from section in the network policy as well. This network policy is shared with Connect S2I and MM2, so it should apply for those as well.
