AMQ Streams operator not visible in OpenShift4 UI under Installed Operators

    Description

      When I follow AMQ Streams installation documentation, use oc CLI and perform the operator installation, I cannot see it in the OpenShift 4 UI under Installed Operators. IMO, this is bad optics to customers as we are not showing CLI/UI interoperability.
