From offline discussion with Jakub Scholz and Tom bentley:

The problem is, that when they have the same name, they share the same service nd overwrite it each other
So depending on the timing it can sometimes point to Connect and sometimes to ConnectS2I
So the way you implemented it - that the ConnectS2I doesn't do reconciliation doesn't really work
Because although it does not do any reconciliation, the reconciliation from regular Connect will be at times connecting to the S2I connect
