Strimzi should make it easy for other applications to link with it. To do so, we should set some labels and annotations on the services which are supposed to be used by our users. This should in particular involve:

• The internal Kafka bootstrap service
• The HTTP Bridge service

This should not involve the external bootstrap service (since this is not an endpoint where users can connect - that would be route, loadbalancer, ingress etc.).

As discussed in Strimzi#504, the label for discovery should be strimzi.io/discovery:true. Additionally an annotation with the same key and an JSON array containing some more details about the service should be added as well.

Thanks to this, applications such as Fuse will be able to use this and for example offer select box with Kafka services for Kafka connectors.
