[DOC OCP] Document how to use the KafkaConnector operator with Debezium

      The KafkaConnector operator can be evaluated using the Kafka-provided File Source and File Sink connectors. However, this doesn't have any real production uses.

      So, we can write a scenario for using the KafkaConnector operator/resource with a Debezium connector for Kafka Connect. This is based on a forthcoming blog post on Strimzi.io.
