Dashboards for Zookeeper and Kafka use wrong expression for memory and JVM memory

Our Kafka and Zookeeper dashboards seem to be treating the memory metrics as rates and thus showing wrong numbers (such as 6 MB of Java heap consumed). The metrics need to be fixed to show the correct numbers.
