Integer values for configuring jwks expiration and refresh intervals need to be passed as strings

jwksExpirySeconds and jwksRefreshSeconds are currently passed in the jaas.sasl.config as integres and not strings (i.e. not wrapped in "). That does not seem to work in Kafka. They need to be passed as Strings.
