Kafka produces test JARs at least for Kafka Clients and the main Kafka builds. These JARs seem to be used for some projects (e.g. the OpenTracing Kafka instrumentation). We currently do not push these to Indy from the PNC build. That causes problems with productization where half of the dependencies needs to be aligned but the other part should not. We should push these into the Indy repos and with the Kafka Clients test JARs possibly also to the public Red Hat Maven repo.
