Zookeeper fails on OCP 4.1.13 when deploying for all namespaces

      • Install AMQ Streams 1.2.0 on OCP 4.1.11 for all namespaces using the OCP Web UI
      • Deploy Kafka cluster
      • Upgrade to OCP 4.1.13
      • Zookeeper fails

      It may be possible to directly test this on 4.1.13 instead of going the update path.

      After the upgrade from OCP 4.1.11 to 4.1.13 the Zookeeper pod failed with the following event:

      create Pod iot-cluster-zookeeper-0 in StatefulSet iot-cluster-zookeeper failed error: pods "iot-cluster-zookeeper-0" is forbidden: unable to validate against any security context constraint: [fsGroup: Invalid value: []int64{0}: 0 is not an allowed group]
