[DOC OCP] Finalize the Deploying the Kafka Bridge w/ 3scale assembly

A new assembly to capture the concepts and steps to integrate the Kafka Bridge with 3scale has been created for the 1.3 release.

This issue captures the outstanding work to complete the documentation.

To complete:

• TLS configuration content (possible change)
• URL rewriting policy //likely to be removed before release (probable change)
• policies_config.json file – where to locate it (name and location to be confirmed)
• QE test of procedure and any rework
• Remove the wildcard routes steps (definite change)
• Add 3scale version to Release Notes?
