[DOC RHEL] Create Kafka Bridge quick start describing how to send requests from local machine

Add new content to the AMQ Streams Kafka Bridge chapter describing how to get started with the API, including requests as cURL commands. I suggest that we provide a link to the deployment instructions rather than attempt to include deployment in the quickstart.

The quickstart should describe the following steps:

1. For testing purposes only, expose the API on localhost 8080 using the oc port-forward command. Daniel has already drafted this procedure. Port forwarding is for OCP only; the steps required on RHEL are TBC.
2. Create a consumer
3. Subscribe to a consumer
4. Send some messages to the consumer you created
5. Retrieve messages from the consumer
6. Close down the Bridge deployment
