As described in ENTMQST-758, we can add tracing support also to Mirror Maker and Kafka Connect. On OCP we should

• Adapt the CO and the CRDs to allow tracing configuration for Connect, Connect S2I and Mirror Maker. The CO needs to set the right EnvVars and add the interceptor configuration.
• Add the tracing-agent which initializes the Jaeger Tracer and plugit into our startup scripts in docker Images
• Add the JAR libraries with Jaeger Client and Kafka contrib to the images.
