Add listener host support for NodePort external listeners

The Kafka CR status field contains the list of listeners and their addresses. This currently doesn't list all the node addresses when node ports are used for off-cluster access. Since it is a bootstrap address, it should possibly list all the nodes of the cluster. Although users might prefer to use some nodes over other. We should consider adding the list there. Just be careful about what impact have things like ordering etc.
