Major Description
Users often want to synchronize the secrets between namespaces so that they can be mounted into the applications connecting to Kafka. Projects like Kubed make this possible, but they often rely on specific labels or annotations.
Currently, we have options to configure labels and annotations for different resources. But not for secrets. We should let users to label and annotate the secrets as well so that these tools can be used.
