Custom certificate provided in AMQ Online console is encoded twice

      Using the AMQ Online console to create address spaces. When customizing endpoints, one option allows for providing a custom certificate for the endpoints. However, somewhere in the process of configuring the router with the certificate, it gets encoded to base64 twice.
