Investigate tenant cleanup test failures

      Tests are failing because the tenant cleanup pod is detected after the iot tenant gets deleted.

       

      It looks like the job gets deleted, but the pod still remains in etcd.

       

      This worked before, but started to fail on master and 1.5.x tests recently.

       

      There are currently two ideas what this could cause:

      • The upgrade from OCP 4.4 to OCP 4.5
      • The upgrade of the PostgreSQL JDBC driver
