Console-UI Label is Hardcoded in About Modal

      • Open Dropdown from navbar.
      • Click on About dropdown item
      • Able to find the "Enmasse Version" as label 

      In About modal of console. The label for enmasse version is hardcoded and is not picked up from the environment. 
      So in downstream as well label for version is "Enmasse Version". I think we should display "AMQ Console Version" or "Version" in downstream and "Enmasse Version" in upstream.
