In AMQ Interconnect Operator 1.x the sslProfiles parameter has options generateCaCert and generateCredentials which makes use currently of the now defunct AMQ Cert Manager.

This request is to add the ability to continue using these options if the openshift-cert-manager (or jetstack community cert-manager 1.16) is installed on the cluster, much like if AMQ Cert Manager was installed.

The newer certificate managers should have a similar but slightly different API interface due to updates to the CRD provided by those Operators.

This is to support Service Telemetry Framework beyond OCP 4.8 which ends support in September 2022.
