Provide better documentation for Interconnect configuration with JMS durable subscribers

The current documentation is not very clear how to configure the Interconnect router with JMS durable subscribers. It uses term "Durable Topics" (section 12.1.1) which may be confused with JMS Durable Subscribers. The documentation should be more explicit in stating how JMS concepts can be applied to router configuration.
