Today we have observed that the qpid-dispath-console we were using yesterday, to test
1.7.0.GA, stopped responding this morning.
The browser logs shows that it failed to load a JS and a CSS file.
The router logs shows two HTTP (500) errors, saying unable to open a few files, see below:

Although this already happened twice, we cannot provide the exact conditions to reproduce it consistently. We will update this Jira in case we are able to figure it out.
