Fix inefficiencies in handling large MAU messages

    Description

      When a router A has a large number of addresses (100's of thousands), connecting to a second router B and immediately running qdstat on router B will often time out while parsing the MAU sent by A.

      A similar situation occurs if you then remove all the addresses from A and try qdstat against B.
