Operator is unable to deploy Interconnects with listeners whose name is greater than 15 characters

      When defining listeners whose name contains more than 15 characters, the operator is unable to deploy it, see below:

      [spec.template.spec.containers[0].ports[0].name: Invalid value: \"normal-amqp-listener\": must be no more than 15 characters
