Operator cannot create Interconnect resources with 45 characters or more

When creating Interconnect resources with large names (45 characters or more), the operator is unable to define the volumes for the certificates, as volume name exceeds the limit of 63 characters.

... spec.template.spec.volumes[0].name: Invalid value: \"e2e-tests-spec-address-interconnect-huge-dqscw-default-credentials\": must be no more than 63 characters, ...
