[ruby] rubygem doc is not multilib-clean for x86_64 vs i686

There is probably a limit beyond which we cannot fix this.

Doc generation was fixed upstream to not include timestamps. The package should not be installing the created.rid files. That should be fixable.

There are differences in the content of the doc, somewhat. I'll post a screenshot describing that.
