Given that modern NodeJS is available on RHEL 7 as well as RHEL 6 in the SCL repository, we would like to drop support of NodeJS 0.10.

This needs to be approved by the program mangement.

We've encountered the following issue MSGQE-5295 [nodejs] Investigate how to fix/workaround "Unhandled 'error' event" in JAMQNodebbbTests/test_non_shared* tests which seems to be NodeJS 0.10 specific.
