In earlier releases of the product, there was a dependency on an Arg parsing module and that was not available for the Node.js 0.10 version. As a consequence, the examples failed to run on the Node.js 0.10 version.

In this release, example code is rewritten to use another Arg parsing module and now the examples run on the Node.js 0.10 version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download rhea lib on rhel7 with nodejs010 from scl
2. Run any emaple from examples

Examples from rhea lib doesn't work ok nodejs010, because module yargs for parsing arguments needs nodejs >= 4.
