In previous versions of the product, the kit did not provide library documentation .XML files. As a result, hovering over library objects in Visual Studio produced no Intellisense help
In this release the documentation .XML file is included in the kit build and Visual Studio Intellisense displays useful information about objects and functions on mouseover.

With the XML file a customer gets the benefit of having code documentation pop up while writing the code.

The XML is probably already generated by Brew but not copied to the SDK during kit staging.
