AMQ Broker is unable to cleanup old data.

AMQ 7.11.6 is running on OpenShift with NFS storage and for the past few months, every broker startup gets delayed with these logs.

AMQ221005: Deleting pending large message as it was not completed: Pair[a=112133102053, b=112133102050]
AMQ222106: Replacing incomplete LargeMessage with ID=143988875740

Same problem is observed if the latest broker is started with this data.
