1. Set up two AMQ brokers as a live/backup pair with replication
2. In the Console, observe that Cluster Info in Artemis / Status tab shows that cluster is ok
3. Shut down the backup
4. Cluster Info still shows the cluster as working without issues. Backup shutdown in not reflected in the Cluster info at all, e.g.:

Please note that ReplicaSync attribute works as expected in version 7.12. Its value is true if the backup is running and false if the backup is shut down. This attribute is important for us.
Interestingly, while Cluster Info worked in previous version (7.11.5), ReplicaSync attribute did not. We need both to work correctly.
