      Reproducer configurations attached. Starting 2 brokers with the attached configurations and starting them should reproduce the issue. It may take a few broker restarts to reproduce. Monitor the Live broker count on the broker after each restart. The expected count is 60.

      When multiple cluster connections are defined between two brokers in a cluster (each connection with a different address filter), some of the connections fail to connect and give up trying, even with reconnect-attempts set to -1. It appears that some race condition is occurring, perhaps corrupting the advertised topology.
