in trying to make ./artemis queue stat more readable, the output formatting is being improved:
- By default management queues used to communicate with the CLI are now hidden. they can be view if --include-management is used
- The queue names are now split into multiple lines and moving the count records a cell down.
- The metric names are now centralized in the visualization.
- Overal it is trying to present more information with less space.
