[Docs]Support Logging Plugin in OpenShift via CR Configuration

      Currently, use of a custom init container is needed to configure the LoggingActiveMQServerPlugin for things like message tracing. This enhacement would provide for configuration of the plugin (already included in the libraries) via CR or other configuration.
