Clarify the long-term support proposition for the Artemis JEE/Jakarta resource adapter

At present, there is a JEE resource adapter that can be used with WebSphere and other application servers. It's not provided as a binary RAR file, but can be built from source. We accept that the same supportability guarantees can not be afforded to this component, as to the broker itself.

It's not clear whether even this level of support will be continued in the long term, particular from AMQ 8 onwards. In addition, application servers are migrating from JEE to Jakarta naming, so in the longer term we would need to offer two resource adapters, or make a commitment to one or the other.

This request is to ask for clarification of, and collect discussion about, these issues.
