The AMQ Broker product has committed to supporting OpenWire through AMQ Broker 7.12.  With plans for AMQ Broker 8 now formalizing, we feel it is better to move this change to a major release.

The deprecation notice for OpenWire should remain in 7.11 [1] however it should be updated to reflect 7.12 will be the last release to support OpenWire and with the release of AMQ Broker 8, OpenWire will no longer be supported.
