When you start a broker instance, the messages print out to the following line, then appears to hang indefinitely:
10:45:21,783 INFO [org.apache.activemq.artemis] AMQ241002: Artemis Jolokia REST API available at http://localhost:8161/jolokia

It's clear that the server is initialized and running, but there's no indication of what/where customer does next. Are they to open another terminal and go about configuration tasks?
