Drainer doesn't count messages from address with both MULTICAST and ANYCAST

      1. Create address with both routing types
      2. intiate drainer on messages on that queue
      3. Drainer claims that there are 0 messages to migrate

      Migration itself is succesful, but log states that it doesn't migrate anything (even though it does)
