Address Controller Doesn't Delete the Secret When 'RemoveFromBrokerOnDelete' flag is set to True

      *Describe the bug*

      When user deploying the AddressCR with the 'RemoveFromBrokerOnDelete'
      flag set to true the system generates the address and its corresponding
      secret. However, upon deleting the CR, the associated secret linked to it
      remains undeleted.
